Dear Swim Birmingham YMCA Families,

All swim meet registrations and volunteer job sign-ups are now open for the season!

Meet Registration (Declarations)

All swimmers are automatically marked as attending each meet unless you opt out. Please log in and declare your swimmer's availability for every meet, especially if they will be absent, so coaches can plan lineups accurately.

To declare for a meet:

1. Log into the SwimTopia website.
2. Click the Meets & Events tab and select SignUp Calendar.
3. Choose the meet event. Open meets will be clickable and display the "Meet SignUp" banner.
4. Select:
   • Attending
   • Not Attending
5. Save your declaration before the registration deadline.

Volunteer Sign-Ups

All meets also include volunteer job sign-ups, and we need your help to make our meets run smoothly. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

Volunteer positions can be selected directly from the meet page or by clicking the "Job SignUp" banner next to the event.

Volunteer positions needed include:

• Timers
• Runners
• Ribbon Labels
• Heat Winner Ribbons
• Clerk of Course

Our meets cannot operate without parent volunteers, and we appreciate everyone who is willing to help support our swimmers throughout the season.
